- zest 1 orange
- zest 1 lemon
- 175ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 225g plain flour, plus 1 tbsp for dusting
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 175g grapes, halved and seeded
- 4-5 tbsp demerara sugar
